Terrys is second to none
Terrys is second to none, great products, great prices, fast delivery, but above all else absolutely fabulous customer service! I can't thank Rachael enough for all her help and assistance. I would highly recommend Terrys to everyone I know and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in future.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. There was a minor problem with an item I recently ordered.
Within 2 hours I had an email from the courier who already had the replacement item. That is excellent service.
The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Definitely be using Terry’s again in the near future and recommending to others. Thank you

AVOID this company!
I ordered a pair of blackout curtains. I didn’t know there are some splits and holes on the blackout materials until I put them up. I requested a replacement then they sent exactly the same faulty ones. They then blamed to the cardboards in the package caused this issue, sounds like it was my idea to pack this way. I finally couldn’t stand it and requested for refund. After more than 2 weeks I finally received the refund but they deducted the delivery fee which is unacceptable, how come I need to pay for the faulty products not even mention the time I wasted on this nightmare!

Not willing to help - poor customer service
I ordered fabric and asked NOT to include invoice in the delivery. To my surprise and disappointment - they refused. Customer service lady said bluntly - 'that's how we do it' , basicaly and that's it!
Why do you have to include bill in the parcel? what if it is a gift? Why not email it anyway? What difference does it make to you? Why not send delivery note instead?
If they are reluctant in something so trivial, I don't want to think what it could be like if something went wrong.
I will not shop there again.

Ordered some samples which arrived just 2 days later very much to my surprise.
Having found amongst them exactly what I wanted I immediately place my order and again to my surprise, it too was delivered 2days later.

Great quality and excellent service
I bought three Roman blind kits, having never made or installed blinds before. All the materials were of excellent quality and the instructions were very clear. You can even download the instructions before ordering to check what you need to do. I had a minor problem, one small pack of fittings was missing from one of the kits. This was swiftly resolved (thanks Jayne) and a new pack sent by post. An excellent service all round.
